Description

A flush mount does not have to be a plain dome. This flower ceiling light shapes tinted glass into soft overlapping petals, so a corridor ceiling gains something worth glancing at.

Tinted Glass Petals Close to the Ceiling

The glass is tinted rather than clear, which changes what the fitting does in daylight as much as at night: unlit it reads as a Colored form against the plaster, and lit it throws a gentle atmospheric glow with the tint carried into the light itself. The petal shape breaks the light into overlapping planes rather than a single flat disc, so there are highlights and shadows across the shade instead of one bright circle. Because it sits close to the ceiling it belongs where a pendant would be in the way: hallways, landings, corridors, a small bedroom or a study. Three tints suit different schemes, from a clear glass that stays neutral to a green and an amber that warm the whole passage.

Key Features

Tinted glass shade shaped into soft overlapping petals.
Flush mounted, so it suits corridors and lower ceilings.
Light broken across planes rather than a single flat disc.
Refined brass detailing at the ceiling plate.
Three tints: clear, green and amber.
Single E27 lamp holder.

Where to Use It

Use it along a hallway, on a landing, in a study or a small bedroom. In a corridor, a run of two or three evenly spaced reads better than one central fitting.

Installation & wiring

Hard-wired to a ceiling or wall junction box. For safety and local code, have it installed by a licensed electrician.

Bulb & light quality

E27 socket. E27 is the European screw base; US E26 bulbs are 1 mm narrower and physically fit, but for the best contact use an E27 LED bulb rated for 120 V. For a warm, residential glow, choose a 2700K bulb.

Care & cleaning

Switch off and let it cool before cleaning. Clean glass with a soft cloth and a little glass cleaner, sprayed on the cloth, never on the fixture. Wipe metal parts with a dry microfiber cloth; no abrasives.

Super

very pretty

Very beautiful, exactly as shown in the photo.

Arrived before the deadline. Well packaged.

The lamp is very beautiful and of good quality, it is real glass, the cable can be adjusted to quite a length but in this case due to the ceiling height we have kept it quite short.

Nice staff

Magnificent product very well packaged and fast shipping! More beautiful and cheaper than some sites, an item that changes the style that everyone does.

It's beautiful, it leaves a super nice green ring of light on the ceiling. The lamp comes with an LED light but in my opinion it illuminates little and its color is very warm (orange). The rest is perfect!!! Beautiful
