A Concealed LED Behind Blown Glass

Inside the shade a concealed LED disc washes light downward through the glass, so you get an even warm glow and no bulb interrupting the silhouette. Because each shade is individually blown, cut and polished, small variations in thickness and tone are part of the piece rather than a flaw, and they show most clearly when the lamp is on.
